1 teaspoon oil
1 egg
1 green onion
1/2 cup cooked ham, chicken or pork, diced
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Heat oil in skillet. Add egg and stir-fry until cooked.
Add onion and meat. Stir-fry until onion wilts.
Add Rice and Soy sauce. Heat through
